Refund policy

Once an order is confirmed, HRIDIKA AGRO FPC will not accept return or refund requests. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to work with our patrons to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

In case of Damaged product 

HRIDIKA AGRO FPC needs to be notified of damaged product within 5 days from delivery date via email to info@hridikaagrofpc.com

  • In the email, order number, image of invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of damaged product to be sent.
  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.
  • We will be happy to re-send and replace the product(s) promptly  and we will work with you on providing an amicable solution.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of Missing product

HRIDIKA AGRO FPC needs to be notified of missing product within 5 days from delivery date via email to info@hridikaagrofpc.com

  • In the email, order number, image of the invoice, 1 outer box image, 2 clear images of the opened box with all items received to be sent.
  • We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of spoiled product

HRIDIKA AGRO FPC needs to be notified of spoilage of product within 10 days from delivery date via email to info@hridikaagrofpc.com

  • In the email, order number, date of packaging/ date of manufacture, clear images or video of the product to be shared
  • We will be unable to accept returns due to variance in taste, texture, colour or aroma. This is because our products are completely natural and made mostly by hand so no two batches will be identical. No compromise is made in the natural production process, use of best and natural ingredients and we will ensure that maximum nutritional value is retained
  • We will work with you on providing an amicable solution.
  • Product will be replaced after due investigation and diligence and we assure a fair outcome at all times.
  • Email will be responded to within 24-48 hrs, and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

Cancellation of order 

As we first accept the order and then the grains are freshly grounded so the orders placed will not cancelled in any situation and no refund will be processed.

Quantity Details 

We give our customers a wide range of grains to choose from so they can the exact atta they desire. so when you choose the quantity you choose the Quantity Of Grains (that is 5kg of wheat) not atta. so when the grains are grinded there is unavoidable loss of quantity during the process. so the delivered package quantity might vary in certain amount.

Quality details 

We are farmer producer company associated with farmers to serve you best quality and farm fresh products to ypur kitchen .Hridka Agro FPC is owned by farmers,run by Farmers and is for the farmers so we ensure that we deliver premium quality , unadultered products to our customers. We also give our customers the choice to customize your atta. You can select the grains and the grounding level (fine,normal, course etc) so that we can give you the perfection you desire.

Packaging 

Hridika Agro FPC works on “Healthy Vibes ” for Healthy Lifestyle hence we are bound to deliver freshly ground atta. The packaging we use is just for the transportation purpose so we impulse our consumers to unpack the atta in the household medium of storage and store it at room temperature and in a dry place for the atta to be safe and healthy for consumption for a longer duration. Inspite of all this we advice our customers to consume the product within 30 days of packaging to aid the best health benefits of the same.
